Today, Baylee leads a loyal team where employees are treated like family and have chosen to grow alongside him.Beyond business, Baylee is the President of The Big Cuz Association, a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting children and families in need. Through initiatives like Nelly Claus, the organization provides toys along with essential support such as food, gas, groceries, and winter clothing.Driven by purpose and community, Baylee continues to build, lead, and give back across the region.
