Post-Construction Cleaning on Long Island

Final exterior washdowns and residue removal that take a finished build from construction-dirty to handover-ready  scheduled to your completion date, fully insured.

The business problem

A finished build isnt a clean build

Construction leaves residues that ordinary cleaning cant touch and that a homeowner, buyer or tenant will notice immediately on a brand-new property.

Every trade leaves a mark

Concrete splatter and slurry on hardscape and siding. Mortar smears and efflorescence on new masonry. Paint overspray, adhesive, caulk and sealant residue. Stucco and drywall dust coating everything. Overspray on windows and glass. None of it wipes off; most of it is bonded.

The exterior envelope is filthy in ways that arent obvious

Siding, soffits, facades and gutters accumulate dust and debris through the build. Fresh concrete and pavers carry a haze of construction film. Windows are fingerprinted, taped and oversprayed.

Handover has a deadline, and the clean is on the critical path

A certificate of occupancy, a closing, a grand opening  the final clean is often the last thing between substantial completion and turnover, and if it slips, everything behind it slips.

First impressions on a new build are absolute

A buyer or tenant walking into a brand-new property judges it on being immaculate. Construction residue on a new home or storefront undercuts the entire premium of new.

How we work with you

Managed for GCs, builders and developers

Construction work runs to how general contractors and developers actually operate.

01

Written proposals and scope for the GC or PM

Clear scope, method, schedule and pricing, formatted for a general contractor, project manager or developer, and easy to fold into the closeout schedule.

02

Insurance and contractor requirements

Licensed and insured, COIs provided ahead and kept on file, at the limits GCs and developers require on an active or just-completed site.

03

Sequenced to your completion.

We coordinate with the site schedule so the final clean lands when trades are done, not before  and doesnt become the bottleneck holding up a CO or closing.

04

Site-safe operation

We work safely on and around a construction site, coordinating with any remaining trades and site access.

05

Completion documentation

for closeout and handover records.

Scheduling

Sequenced to the closeout schedule

Post-construction cleaning is a scheduling problem as much as a cleaning one, and we treat it that way.

We understand the clean cant be the thing that slips the handover, and we schedule so it isnt.

From an HOA client

In their words

Power washing my HOA common property. Gerard and Jeffrey used their high quality machines to power wash our pool house, entire pool area, sidewalks around the community, cobblestone curbs and mailboxes. They did a fabulous job. Above All will remain at the top of our list to fill our needs of the HOA.

Why Above All

Why GCs and developers keep us on the list

Were accountable to a trade body

Members of the Power Washers of North America  standards around method, insurance, environmental practice, and wastewater handling. Very few Long Island contractors hold it.

The right method, not the strongest one

Most exterior damage were called to fix was caused by cleaning. On a commercial property that judgment is the difference between maintenance and a repair bill.

Documentation as standard

COIs, written scope, completion records. Not something you have to request.

Genuinely available 24/7

Overnight and weekend work is normal for us, not an exception you pay a premium for.

Commercial clients

Trusted with properties that can’t afford to look neglected

National brands run procurement processes and hold their vendors to a standard. We’ve earned that work and kept it.

FAQ

Questions from general contractors and developers

Can you remove concrete splatter, mortar and overspray from a new build?

Yes  thats core post-construction work. Concrete slurry, mortar smears, paint overspray, adhesive and sealant residue are all bonded and dont wipe off. We remove them with the right method for each surface, matched so the new material isnt damaged.

Yes, and we schedule specifically around it. The final clean is often on the critical path to a certificate of occupancy, closing or opening, so we sequence after trades and turn around fast if the date moves. The clean shouldnt be what slips the handover.

Yes, in advance and kept on file, at the insurance limits general contractors and developers require on an active or just-completed site.

No  new siding, stucco and EIFS are soft washed at low pressure. Construction film comes off without the high pressure that would mark or damage new material. Matching method to surface is the whole point.

Yes. We phase the work so completed sections turn over while others finish, and we handle post-construction cleans across a developers pipeline on a rolling basis.

Common on new masonry as it cures, and we treat it specifically as part of the post-construction clean. It also reduces naturally over the first year once the initial salts work out.

Yes  the handover clean is the natural point to set up ongoing maintenance. We can move the finished HOA, retail center or building straight into a commercial membership so it stays in the condition it was handed over in.
