Where we work on Long Island

We cover both counties properly — North Shore, South Shore, and out to the East End. Find your town below.

Local knowledge

Long Island isn’t one climate

Where a property sits on this island changes what it needs. That’s not a marketing line — it’s why the same house washing job looks different in Sayville than it does in Muttontown.

South Shore — salt and exposure

Properties along the South Shore take the worst of the coastal air. Salt carries inland on the wind, settles on siding and glass, and works into concrete and masonry. Add winter road salt and you get surfaces that degrade faster than anywhere else on the island.

North Shore — tree cover and growth

Older, wooded neighborhoods mean constant leaf fall, persistent shade that keeps surfaces damp, and ideal conditions for algae, moss and lichen. North-facing roof slopes here show the worst Gloeocapsa magma streaking. Estate properties also bring slate, cedar and natural stone — materials that punish the wrong method.

East End — coastal plus seasonal

Out east, properties face full coastal exposure with the added complication of seasonal occupancy. A house that sits empty through winter accumulates months of salt and organic growth before anyone sees it. Most East End work is best done ahead of the season rather than after.

Central corridor — commercial density

From the Route 110 corridor across to Hauppauge, the properties are largely commercial: office parks, industrial and flex space, retail centers and healthcare. Oil and grease on hardstanding, high foot traffic on walkways, facade grime, and liability that comes with public access.

FAQ

Common questions about our service area

Do you cover all of Long Island?

We cover Nassau and Suffolk County in full. If your town isn’t listed above, call us — the list covers the areas we work most often, not the limit of where we’ll travel.

Based here. Our premises are at 194 Morris Ave in Holtsville, in Suffolk County, and we’ve operated from Long Island since 2014.

Considerably. South Shore and East End properties deal with salt exposure and generally need more frequent attention. Heavily wooded North Shore properties deal with leaf fall and organic growth. A sheltered inland property needs less than either.

Pricing is based on the property and the work, not the postcode. We quote each job on what it actually involves.

Yes. Our commercial work spans both counties, with particular density through the central corridor — the Route 110 office corridor and the Hauppauge industrial park — as well as retail and healthcare sites across the island.

Being centrally located, most of the island is within a straightforward drive. We’re available 24/7, and for members we prioritize scheduling.
