Residential exterior maintenance membership

Your home cleaned on a schedule instead of when it finally looks bad. Member rates, priority booking, and nothing for you to remember.

The case

The cheapest time to clean is before you need to

Most people call us when the house has already crossed a line — the siding has gone green, the roof has streaks, the driveway has changed color. By then the job is bigger, and some of it doesn’t fully come back.

Growth roots in. Algae and moss don’t sit on siding and shingles; they work into the texture. Cleaned annually they rinse away. Left for five years they’ve caused staining and wear that no wash reverses.

Salt penetrates. Coastal air and winter road salt work into concrete, pavers and masonry. Once it’s in, spalling follows, and the fix is replacement.

Stains set. Rust, oil and calcium sit on the surface for a short window and then absorb. Caught early they lift cleanly.

Annual maintenance is a wash. A five-year gap is a restoration, and restorations cost multiples of what maintenance does.

Included

What membership includes

Honest note on scope: what’s included depends on your property. A compact ranch on a sheltered inland lot and a large home under heavy tree cover near the water need different schedules and different work. We assess first, then tell you exactly what your plan covers and what it costs.

A typical year

What a year usually looks like

Spring

Winter salt cleared from driveways, walkways and lower siding. Gutters cleared of the previous fall’s debris. Windows after pollen season begins to settle.

Summer

House washing while conditions are ideal. Patios, pool surrounds and outdoor living areas cleaned ahead of use. Solar panels cleared of spring pollen.

Fall

Gutters cleared again after leaf fall — the most important visit of the year for anyone under trees. Hardscape cleaned before winter.

Winter

Roof and siding inspection for algae and moss activity. Storm response as needed. Planning for spring.

How it works

Four steps, then you stop thinking about it

01

We assess the property

Surfaces, condition, exposure, tree cover, and how quickly things will need attention.

02

We build your schedule

Based on what your property actually needs — not a fixed package.

03

We turn up

You don’t call, chase or re-quote. We confirm ahead of each visit.

04

You review it

Walk it with us, or don’t. Either way you’ll see the result before we call it done.

Suitability

Membership makes most sense if…

And probably doesn’t if: you have a small, sheltered, low-maintenance property that genuinely only needs attention every few years. We’ll tell you that during the assessment rather than sell you a plan you don’t need.

Why Above All

Why homeowners keep calling us back

The right method, not the strongest one

Most exterior damage we’re asked to fix was caused by cleaning. Knowing which surfaces take pressure and which need chemistry is the entire job.

We protect the property first

Landscaping pre-wet and covered, fixtures shielded, everything rinsed after. It takes longer, and it’s why we don’t leave damage behind.

Accountable to a trade body

Members of the Power Washers of North America — standards around method, insurance and environmental practice. Very few Long Island companies hold it.

Family-run, and reachable

Founded in 2014 and still run by the person who started it. 4.9 stars across 243 Google reviews.

FAQ

Membership questions

Am I tied into a contract?

No. There’s no long-term commitment. The point of membership is that the scheduling is handled, not that you’re locked in.

That’s the entry point. What’s included depends on your property — size, surfaces, exposure and condition all factor in. After an assessment we’ll set out precisely what your plan covers and what it costs, in writing, before you commit to anything.

It varies by property. A typical Long Island home under tree cover might see three or four scheduled visits; a sheltered inland property fewer. We build the schedule around what the surfaces need.

Yes, at member rates. Membership covers the routine schedule and gives you better pricing on everything else.

Members get priority scheduling, which means you go to the front of the queue rather than the back.

Usually not, provided we have access to water and to the areas being cleaned. We’ll confirm before each visit either way.

Yes. No contract means no exit penalty. Tell us and we’ll stop.

For most properties, yes — member rates sit below standard pricing, and combining work into scheduled visits is more efficient than separate call-outs. The larger saving is avoiding restoration work later, which is where the real cost sits.
