We’re a family-run company that’s been cleaning Long Island properties since 2014. If you take pride in doing a job properly, we’d like to hear from you.
We’re not a franchise and we’re not a call center with subcontractors attached. Above All is family-run, based in Holtsville, and the person who founded it in 2014 still runs it. If you work here, you’ll know him.
The work is varied. One day you’re soft washing a house in Dix Hills, the next you’re degreasing a parking structure overnight or cleaning a retail center before it opens. You’ll work across both counties, on residential and commercial property, with proper equipment.
We train people. Most of our crew came in without exterior cleaning experience and learned the trade here — which surfaces take pressure, which need chemistry, how to protect a property before you start. That knowledge is worth having, and it’s why we’re members of the Power Washers of North America.
We also keep people. The same names show up in our customer reviews year after year, and that’s not an accident.
Experience is useful but not required. If you’ve worked in landscaping, construction, painting, roofing or any outdoor trade, a lot of it transfers. If you haven’t, we’ll train you.
On-site crew work across residential and commercial properties. Soft washing, pressure washing, gutter work and window cleaning. Training provided.
Running a crew and a schedule, managing site setup and property protection, and being the customer’s point of contact on the day.
Visiting properties, assessing what’s needed, and preparing quotes and written proposals.
Scheduling, customer coordination and supporting the crews.
Seasonal roles are available during peak months for people wanting shorter-term work.
You don’t need a formal resume — if you’ve got relevant experience, tell us what it was. If you haven’t, tell us why you want the work.
We keep applications on file and get in touch when something opens up.
No. Most of our crew learned the trade here. Experience in landscaping, construction, roofing or painting transfers well, but we’ll train the right person from scratch.
Year-round. Exterior cleaning slows in deep winter but doesn’t stop, and we run commercial work throughout. We also offer seasonal roles for people who specifically want shorter-term work.
You’ll need a valid driver’s license and a clean record for most roles. Equipment and vehicles are ours.
Standard daytime hours for most residential work. Commercial jobs sometimes run overnight or at weekends — we’ll be clear about which roles involve that.
Across Nassau and Suffolk County, out of our Holtsville base. Expect variety rather than the same site every day.
Send your details either way. We keep applications on file and get in touch when something opens up.
