This is our home county. We’re based in Holtsville and we’ve been cleaning Suffolk properties since 2014 — from Huntington and Smithtown out to the Hamptons, and every commercial corridor in between.
Our premises are at 194 Morris Ave in Holtsville — Suffolk County, roughly central to the island. Not a service area we expanded into. Where we started, and where we’ve been since 2014.
That matters practically. We know which South Fork properties sit empty through winter and what that does to them. We know the difference between a Smithtown property under old oak cover and a Sayville property taking wind off the Great South Bay. And we can get to most of the county quickly, which is why 24/7 availability is a real offer rather than a line on a website.
Suffolk is large enough that a property’s location changes what it needs.
From Babylon through Bay Shore, Sayville and out along the bay, properties take constant coastal air. Salt settles on siding and glass, holds moisture against the surface, and works into concrete and pavers. Add winter road salt and these are the fastest-degrading surfaces we work on.
Huntington, Northport, Smithtown, Stony Brook and Port Jefferson sit under heavy mature tree cover. Constant leaf fall, persistent shade, and surfaces that stay damp for days. This is where organic growth is worst.
Southampton and East Hampton properties face full coastal exposure with an added complication: many sit unoccupied through winter. Months of salt and organic growth accumulate before anyone looks at them. East End work is best scheduled ahead of the season, not after.
Through Hauppauge, Bohemia, Ronkonkoma and Farmingdale, the property is largely commercial: industrial and flex space, office parks, retail and healthcare. Oil and grease on hardstanding, high-traffic walkways, facade grime and public-access liability.
Suffolk carries the heaviest commercial and industrial concentration on Long Island, and the Hauppauge industrial park is the center of it — one of the largest in the country, with well over a thousand companies inside a couple of square miles.
We work across it and across the county’s other commercial anchors: healthcare at Stony Brook, Mather and Southside; retail from Huntington Village to the Tanger corridor; campuses, transport facilities and multi-family communities throughout.
Certificates of insurance in advance, written proposals formatted for board or procurement review, and overnight and weekend scheduling so operations aren’t disrupted.

194 Morris Ave, Building 1 Suite 3, Holtsville, NY 11742 — Suffolk County. We’ve operated from here since 2014.
Yes. Southampton and East Hampton are both regular service areas. East End properties usually benefit from being scheduled ahead of the season rather than after it, particularly if the house sits empty over winter.
Considerably. Coastal air deposits a saline film that holds moisture against surfaces, accelerating organic growth and working into concrete and masonry. South Shore and East End properties generally need more frequent attention than inland ones, and they need cleaning that addresses salt rather than just dirt.
Yes — the industrial park is a significant part of our commercial work. Loading areas, hardstanding, facades and parking, scheduled around operations including overnight.
House washing annually or every other year, gutters twice a year, roofs every two to three. Properties under heavy North Shore tree cover and anything close to the water need more frequent attention.
Yes, and for seasonal East End homes it’s often the best arrangement. We’ll need access to water and to the areas being cleaned, and we’ll document the work so you can see what was done.
